Nasua La Fortuna is home to a variety of mammals, including monkeys, sloths, jaguars, and ocelots. The most common monkeys in the area are howler monkeys, white-faced capuchins, and spider monkeys. Sloths are also common, and can be seen hanging from trees or moving slowly along the forest floor. Jaguars and ocelots are less common, but can be seen by visitors on guided tours.
